Welcome to my blog, The Nifty Thrifty Homemaker! My name is Christina. I'm a 23 year old Christian stay-at-home mom to one beautiful 3 year old girl and a little boy due in March 2010. My husband and I have been married for almost 6 wonderful years. During that time, I have learned to search for ways to save money and spend wisely, since I handle all the finances and bill paying. My goal is to share what I have learned (and am still learning) about wise and thrifty spending with my readers.

As a Christian, I hold my blog to high standards. I do have some ads and affiliate links in the sidebars of this blog. Clicking on these or making purchased through these sites helps me to pay for blog-related costs such as site hosting & domain names. Anything I receive beyond that is used to help our family get out of debt. I do not promote or advertise for something I do not have experience with or would not purchase or use myself. When I do product reviews, I give my honest review, and will never take a bribe to write something other than my own, truthful opinion. I only review products I feel are relevant to my audience.

I will never intentionally post something unethical to make a quick buck. This includes things such as "free" offers that are not really free. I do my best to research every good deal I come across. There are many scams in the online world, and I do everything I can to avoid leading my readers the wrong way. I want my readers to be able to visit my blog and know that it's a safe place for them!
